Class content

Step 1: Create the Form

The step-by-step process for creating the form is tailored to our specific use case. Please use the PDF guide to follow along. My form templates are also available for importing.

Step 2: OpenAI Feed Setup

Integrating your forms with AI offers a powerful solution for building advanced workflows and processes. In this step, we go through how to integrate with OpenAI and how to create good prompts.

Step 3: Gravity Flow Setup

Never used Gravity Flow before? Not a problem. In this step, I will walk you through step by step how to build automated workflows that run like magic and make managing entries so much easier.

Step 4: PHP Code Snippet

While the majority of this process is a no-code solution, we do need to implement a little code snippet to ensure we have full access to all of the AI data. Don’t worry, I will walk you through how to use and modify the code to work on your site. I’ve made it very simple!

Step 5: Final Test Run

Never launch a form or new process before testing! In this step, we will test our implementation together to ensure everything is working as expected.
