Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 17, 2026

The short version: Gravity Ranger is an independent Gravity Forms learning site run by WP Mantis LLC. Free content is free to read. Paid memberships renew monthly until you cancel, you can cancel anytime from your account, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We don’t refund partial months, but we always fix billing mistakes. The full terms are below.

1. Who we are and accepting these terms

GravityRanger.com (“Gravity Ranger,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by WP Mantis LLC. By using this website (the “Site”), creating an account, or buying a membership, class, or other product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), along with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Affiliate Disclosure.

If you don’t agree with these Terms, please don’t use the Site.

2. Our content

(a) Free content

Tutorials, help docs, reviews, and the add-on directory are free to read for personal or internal business use. You’re welcome to quote or link to our content with credit and a link back. Please don’t republish whole articles, resell our content, or present it as your own.

(b) Members-only content

Some tutorials, classes, Vault downloads, Labs builds, and community areas are available only to members, depending on plan. What each plan includes is shown on the Join page. We add, update, and occasionally retire content, so the exact library can change over time.

(c) Code, downloads, and Labs builds

Code snippets, Vault files, and Labs builds are provided so you can use them on your own websites and on sites you build or manage for clients. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish them as a standalone product or as part of a competing library. They are provided “as is”: test them on a staging site first and keep backups. You’re responsible for how they’re used on your sites.

(d) The add-on directory

The add-on directory lists third-party and official Gravity Forms add-ons. Listings are written from each developer’s own published information (with the help of AI tools) and checked against their sources weekly. A listing is not an endorsement or a guarantee that an add-on works for your setup. Always check the developer’s own documentation, pricing, and support terms before you buy. Some links in the directory are affiliate links (see section 9).

(e) Availability

We work to keep the Site running smoothly but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Site at any time.

3. Accounts

  • Accurate details: Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your email address current, since that’s where receipts and account notices go.
  • One person per account: Accounts are personal. Don’t share your login or let others use your membership.
  • Security: Keep your password safe. You’re responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone else has access.
  • Age: You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account or make a purchase.

4. Memberships and billing

(a) Plans

We offer a free account and paid monthly memberships. Current plans, prices, and what each includes are listed on the Join page. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

(b) Automatic renewal

Paid memberships are subscriptions. They renew automatically each month and your card is charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

(c) Price changes

If we change the price of your plan, we’ll email you before the new price applies. The change takes effect at your next renewal after the notice, and you can cancel before then if you don’t want to continue.

(d) Changing plans

  • Upgrades take effect right away. You’re charged the prorated difference for the rest of the current billing period, then the new price at each renewal.
  • Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. You keep your current plan until then; there’s no partial refund or credit for the current period.
  • You can change plans from My Account.

(e) Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry it and we’ll keep your access for a short grace period while you update your card. If the payment can’t be collected, your membership is canceled and your account returns to a free account.

(f) Taxes

Prices don’t include taxes unless stated. Where sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes apply, they may be added at checkout. Your bank may also charge currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.

5. Cancelling

  • You can cancel anytime from My Account → Manage billing. No email or phone call needed.
  • When you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
  • After that, your account becomes a free account. Your profile, saved posts, and community posts stay, but members-only content locks again.
  • Changed your mind before the period ends? You can keep your plan from the same Manage billing screen.
  • If you want your account deleted entirely, see “Your rights” in our Privacy Policy.

6. Refunds

(a) Memberships

Membership payments are for access to digital content that’s available as soon as you pay, so we don’t offer refunds or credits for partial months or unused time, including after a downgrade or cancellation. Cancelling stops future charges.

(b) Billing mistakes

We’ll always refund charges made in error, such as a duplicate charge or a renewal that happened after you’d already cancelled. Email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge and we’ll sort it out.

(c) Classes and one-time purchases

Some classes or other products may be sold separately. Any refund terms specific to a product are shown before you buy and apply to that purchase. If none are shown, one-time digital purchases are final once the content has been made available to you.

(d) Your legal rights

Nothing in this section limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.

(e) Chargebacks

If something’s wrong with a charge, please contact us first; we’re usually able to resolve it quickly. If a payment is disputed with your bank, we may pause the account’s paid access while the dispute is open.

7. Community, comments, and member makeovers

(a) Your posts

When you post questions, replies, comments, or other content, you keep ownership of it. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and share it on the Site so the community can use it, including after your membership ends.

(b) Community rules

Be respectful and helpful. Don’t post spam, unrelated promotion, anything illegal, hateful, or harassing, or anything you don’t have the right to share. Never post passwords, API keys, license keys, or customers’ personal data in questions or screenshots. Blur or remove them first. We may edit or remove posts and suspend accounts that break these rules.

(c) Help is educational

Answers in the community, comments, classes, and member makeovers are educational guidance, not a contracted development or support service. We don’t provide official support for Gravity Forms or any third-party add-on; for that, contact the product’s developer.

(d) Member makeovers

Where a plan includes member makeovers, you may share a form or page for review. Only share material you have the right to share. We may show the form, our feedback, and the result to other members unless you ask us to keep it private when you submit it, and we’ll remove personal or customer data from anything shown.

8. Intellectual property

Everything on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and downloads, belongs to WP Mantis LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Apart from the uses allowed in these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Member videos and downloads are for members. Please don’t record, download (except files we offer for download), or share them outside the Site.

9. Affiliate links and advertisements

Some links on the Site, including add-on directory buttons and banners marked “Advertisement,” are affiliate links. If you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Banners aren’t shown to Insider Plus or Elite members. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for anything unlawful.
  • Try to access accounts, areas, or systems you’re not authorized to use, or get around membership restrictions.
  • Scrape, bulk-download, or copy the Site’s content (including the add-on directory) by automated means.
  • Interfere with the Site’s security or performance, or upload malicious code.
  • Post harmful, misleading, or infringing material.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If we close a paid account for a serious or repeated violation, no refund is due for the remaining period.

11. Third-party products and links

The Site discusses and links to third-party products, add-ons, services, and websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, pricing, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

12. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” for educational and informational purposes. We do our best to keep tutorials accurate and up to date, but software changes often and we make no warranties that content is complete, current, or suitable for your situation. Always test changes on a staging site and keep backups before applying them to a live site.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, WP Mantis LLC and its owners and contractors aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Site or its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations, so some may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WP Mantis LLC and its owners and contractors from claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Site, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of anyone else’s rights.

15. Independence from Gravity Forms and WordPress

Gravity Ranger is an independent resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rocketgenius, Inc. (the makers of Gravity Forms) or the WordPress Foundation. Gravity Forms is a trademark of Rocketgenius, Inc. WordPress is a registered trademark of the WordPress Foundation. Other product names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify those products.

Tutorials, code, and Labs builds published here are our own and are not official Gravity Forms products or services.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. If we make a significant change that affects paid members, we’ll email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you live outside the U.S., you may also have rights under your local laws that these Terms can’t override.

18. Contact
