Problem
What pages and posts do I use these forms on? Gravity Forms users are always asking if there is a way to see what pages and post their forms are embedded on.
For instance, this was a recent question I saw posted:
How do I find what pages the gravity forms are located on within my WordPress site?
There is no built-in solution for this but after seeing several different users ask how to do this, I decided to build one.
Solution
I wasn’t the first to come up with a plugin for this, I am aware of one other form OddJar called “List Form Pages for Gravity Forms“, however our plugins are a bit different.
The Form Locator for Gravity Forms plugin adds a new admin page to your WordPress dashboard that displays all pages that contain an embedded form. But that’s not all.
The Form Locator will also list the form ID and the status of the form. If it is inactive, deleted, or trashed.
The page is split up into columns to show forms embedded using the shortcode and those using the form block. It will even locate and identify any pages that have the login form embedded in them.
Here’s what the page looks like:

Other Features of the Form Locator Plugin
As you can see in the screenshot, it lists the post ID and post type because it will search any post types used on the site.
The post titles are hyperlinked to the post editor so that you can easily access the page to make changes.
How to Get It
The plugin is not available in the WordPress.org repository. It is however free for use and can be downloaded via GitHub here.
If you’re not familiar with GitHub, you can download the plugin zip file by clicking the big blue button below!

Looks great! Do you plan to add it to the WP repo?
Hey Max, thanks!
As for listing in the repo, I’m not sure.
