Gravity Forms does have a Template Library where you can demo and download and import the forms you want to use.

You can access these form templates in two places:

#1 From the Gravity Forms website:

You can demo and download the templates here: https://www.gravityforms.com/form-templates/

If you need help importing the templates into your site, please use this tutorial: https://docs.gravityforms.com/importing-a-form-into-gravity-forms/
