Madlitics

Madlitics adds marketing attribution data to every Gravity Forms entry so you can see exactly which channel or campaign drove each lead.

by Madlitics Paid Updated May 7, 2026

What it does

When someone fills out your Gravity Form, you often don't know whether they came from a paid ad, organic search, social media, or somewhere else. Madlitics solves that by capturing where each visitor came from and attaching that information directly to the form entry.

It tracks UTM parameters, referrers, landing pages, and other acquisition signals as visitors browse your site. When they submit a form, their full source history is saved with the entry. First-touch data is preserved even if the visitor returns days or weeks later before converting.

The attribution fields stored in each entry can then be passed through your existing Gravity Forms feeds into your CRM, email platform, or other connected tools. This lets you tie form submissions to real campaigns and measure which sources bring in quality leads.

  • Captures UTMs, referrer, channel, campaign, and landing page for every submission

  • Preserves first-touch attribution across multiple sessions and return visits
  • Stores attribution data directly inside Gravity Forms entries

  • Built to align with GDPR and CCPA/CPRA privacy requirements
