Pre-flight questions
Do I need my own Gravity Forms license?
Yes. Gravity Ranger teaches you how to use Gravity Forms and its add-ons, but it doesn’t include a Gravity Forms license. You’ll need your own from gravityforms.com to follow along on your site.
How does billing work?
Paid plans renew monthly on the day you joined. You’ll get an email receipt each time, and you can download invoices or update your card from your account.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then your account becomes a free account. Your profile and saved posts stay put.
Can I get a refund?
We don’t refund partial months, but cancelling stops all future charges. If you were charged by mistake, email us and we’ll fix it.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades start right away (you pay the difference for the rest of the month) and downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
