Accessibility Disclosure

Last updated: October 17, 2026

1. Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to learn Gravity Forms here, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

2. What we’ve built in

  • Keyboard access: menus, filters, tabs, the comments panel, and forms all work with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
  • Skip link: a “Skip to content” link is the first thing on every page.
  • Structure: pages use real headings, landmarks, and lists so screen readers can navigate them.
  • Light and dark modes: the Site follows your device setting, and you can switch with the sun/moon button in the header. Your choice is remembered.
  • Reduced motion: if your device is set to reduce motion, the space animations and parallax effects are turned off.
  • Readable text: text resizes and reflows down to phone widths without losing content, and code samples can wrap instead of scrolling sideways.
  • Accessible forms: our forms use Gravity Forms with labels, instructions, and error messages that screen readers announce.

3. Known limitations

We’re honest about where we still fall short:

  • Older tutorials: some older posts have screenshots without full text descriptions. We’re updating them as we revise each tutorial.
  • Videos: some videos don’t have captions or transcripts yet. If you need one, ask and we’ll provide it.
  • Third-party content: embedded YouTube videos, the HubSpot chat widget, Stripe’s checkout, and external sites we link to are controlled by those companies, and we can’t guarantee their accessibility.

4. How we check

We test new pages and features with automated checkers, keyboard-only navigation, and a screen reader, and fix issues we find. We review this statement whenever the Site changes significantly.

5. Tell us about a barrier

If anything on the Site is hard to use, or you need content in a different format (such as a transcript or a text version of a screenshot), email [email protected]. Please tell us the page address and what happened. We aim to reply within 3 business days.
