Surbma – Divi & Gravity Forms

Style your Gravity Forms to match the Divi theme automatically, with no settings page needed.

What it does

When you use Gravity Forms on a Divi-powered site, the form fields and buttons often look out of place because they don't inherit Divi's design. This add-on applies Divi's own form styling to your Gravity Forms so everything looks consistent without any manual CSS work.

After you activate the plugin, it reads your existing Divi settings and applies them to your forms. Buttons, fields, and labels pick up the same look Divi uses for its native forms. The CSS is minified and loads only on pages where a Gravity Form is actually used, keeping your site fast.

It works with both the current Gravity Forms markup (2.5 and 2.6) and the older legacy markup, so you don't need to update your forms before using it. It also supports the Extra theme from Elegant Themes.

Key features

  • Applies Divi theme styling to all Gravity Forms fields and buttons automatically
  • No settings or options page — works immediately after activation
  • Supports Gravity Forms 2.5 and 2.6 markup, including the inline button feature
  • Supports legacy markup with added responsive styles for mobile screens
  • CSS loads only on pages that contain a Gravity Form
  • Compatible with the Extra theme by Elegant Themes
  • Minified CSS to minimize impact on page load time
