Gravity Forms + Custom Post Types
Create custom post type entries and assign custom taxonomies from a Gravity Forms submission, no code needed.
What it does
Gravity Forms can create WordPress posts from form submissions, but by default those posts are always the standard 'post' type. This add-on lets you change that, so a form can generate any custom post type you have registered on your site.
You configure everything inside the Gravity Forms field settings. Pick the post type from a drop-down on the Post Title field, then map your choice fields to custom taxonomies. Users can also type taxonomy terms into a Single Line Text field, and new terms get created automatically if they don't already exist.
This add-on is a good fit for anyone running a site with custom post types—job listings, events, properties, recipes—who wants visitors or editors to submit content through a form without touching code.
