WP Connector Google Sheets

Send Gravity Forms submissions directly to a Google Sheet, with field mapping and entry logs.

by CRM Perks Free Updated Sep 20, 2026

What it does

When someone submits a form on your site, you often need that data somewhere easy to read and share. Copying entries by hand wastes time, and exporting CSVs is a manual step you have to remember. This add-on sends form data straight to a Google Sheet the moment someone hits submit.

You connect your Google account using OAuth 2.0, pick a sheet, and map your form fields to the sheet columns. You can also set filters so only certain entries get sent—for example, only submissions that include a work email address. A built-in log shows you whether each entry was sent successfully, and you can resend any entry manually if needed.

This add-on is a good fit for site owners who collect leads, orders, or survey responses and want that data in Google Sheets without any extra steps.

  • Connect Google Sheets via secure OAuth 2.0

  • Send entries automatically on submission or manually on demand
  • View a detailed log of sent and unsent entries
  • Resend any entry to Google Sheets from the log
