Sugar CRM
Send Gravity Forms entries to Zendesk as tickets or user records, with filters and full sync.
What it does
When someone submits a Gravity Forms form, you may want that data to appear in Zendesk automatically—without copying it by hand. This add-on creates a direct connection between your forms and Zendesk so entries become tickets or user records the moment they are submitted.
You set up feeds that control what data goes to Zendesk and when. Conditional rules let you filter which entries are sent, and you can map form fields to Zendesk ticket fields, set ticket status and priority, and even send field data as internal notes.
It suits support teams, customer service operations, or any site that collects requests through Gravity Forms and manages them inside Zendesk.

How does the add-on connect to my Zendesk account?
You enter your Zendesk API key in the plugin settings to establish the connection.
Can I control which form entries get sent to Zendesk?
Yes. You can set up filters and conditional rules on each feed so only matching entries are forwarded.
What happens in Zendesk if I update or delete an entry in Gravity Forms?
The add-on keeps entries fully synced, so updates, deletions, and restores in Gravity Forms are applied to the corresponding Zendesk ticket.
Will I know if a submission fails to reach Zendesk?
Yes. The add-on sends an email with error details to an address you specify whenever a submission fails.
