Calendly
Automatically generate a unique Calendly booking link when someone submits your Gravity Form and send it in the confirmation.
What it does
When someone fills out your form, you often need to follow up manually to send them a scheduling link. This add-on removes that step by generating a personalized, single-use Calendly booking link the moment the form is submitted.
You create a Calendly feed on your form, pick the event type visitors should book, and optionally map form fields like name and email to prefill the Calendly booking page. The generated link is available through the {calendly_url} merge tag, which you can drop into a confirmation message or use as a redirect URL so visitors go straight to scheduling.
Conditional logic lets you control which submissions trigger a link, so you can send booking invitations only to qualified leads or specific groups. If Calendly fails to generate a link, the form entry is still saved and you can see the failure status in the entries list.

Good for
Written from Gravity Forms’s own listing. Version and dates come straight from the source and are checked weekly.
Do I need a paid Calendly account?
You need a Calendly account and at least one active event type, but the listing does not specify which Calendly plan is required.
How do I add the booking link to my confirmation message?
Use the {calendly_url} merge tag in your confirmation message or redirect URL—it is populated as soon as the form is submitted.
What happens if Calendly fails to generate a link?
The form entry is still saved normally, and you can review the failure status from the Gravity Forms entries list.
Can I use different event types for different forms?
Yes, each Calendly feed has its own event type selector, and you can add multiple feeds to a single form.
