What it does
Long text fields with a fixed height can feel cramped, forcing users to scroll inside a tiny box while they write. That friction leads to shorter, less useful responses on support forms, surveys, and applications.
Autogrow watches each Paragraph Text field as a user types and quietly expands it downward to fit the content. You set a maximum height in pixels or viewport height units, so the field never grows so tall that it pushes the submit button off screen. The default cap is 30vh.
It works per field, so you only enable it where users are likely to write a lot. It also supports the Rich Text Editor, conditional logic, multi-page forms, and AJAX submissions.
