Edit Entries

Let you edit existing Gravity Forms entries directly from the WordPress backend.

by Team Bright Vessel Free Updated Sep 15, 2026

What it does

When someone submits a Gravity Forms entry, that data is normally locked in place. If a client or admin needs to correct a mistake or update information, there is no built-in way to do it easily.

This add-on gives you the ability to edit entries that have already been submitted. It works on the WordPress backend, so it does not interfere with your front-end theme or design.

It was built by Bright Vessel to help their own clients manage form data, and they released it free to the community. A PDF user guide and documentation are available to help you get started.
