Entry Assets
Download files, entry notes, and Gravity Flow timelines from multiple Gravity Forms entries at once as a ZIP, HTML, or CSV.
What it does
When you need files from many form entries—résumés, project documents, uploaded images—opening each entry one by one takes a long time. Entry Assets adds bulk download actions directly to the Gravity Forms Entries list so you can grab everything in one go.
You select the entries you want, pick a bulk action (ZIP of uploaded files, HTML notes, or CSV notes), and the add-on prepares the archive in the background while a progress bar keeps you updated. When it's ready, you download the file. If you use Gravity Flow, the same workflow is available on the Status page for workflow files and timeline exports.
This add-on is aimed at site owners and administrators who regularly need to move entry data outside WordPress—for audits, handoffs, archiving, or offline review—without writing custom export scripts.
Key features
- Bulk ZIP download of uploaded files from selected entries, organized into folders by entry ID
- Opt-in 'Bulk Asset?' toggle on individual File Upload fields to control which uploads are included
- Export entry notes as a single HTML or CSV file, or one file per entry in a ZIP
- Gravity Flow integration: download files and export timeline notes from the Status page
- Select-all-matching-search support so a download can cover every filtered entry, not just the current page
- Chunked background processing with a live progress dialog and a cancel button
- Authenticated downloads through WordPress AJAX—no public URLs exposed for temporary files
Good for
Written from Gravity Forms’s own listing. Version and dates come straight from the source and are checked weekly.
Do I need Gravity Flow to use this add-on?
No. Gravity Flow is optional. The file and entry-note download features work with Gravity Forms alone. Gravity Flow adds the Status page downloads and timeline exports.
Which file types can I download in bulk?
Any files uploaded through Gravity Forms File Upload fields that you have marked with the 'Bulk Asset?' setting in the field's Advanced tab.
What happens to the temporary archive files after I download them?
Expired job files are cleaned up automatically. Deactivating or deleting the add-on also removes its temporary download data.
Can I customize how files and folders are named inside the ZIP?
Yes. Developer filters and Gravity Forms merge tags let you customize archive folder names, filenames, and per-entry grouping.
