GDPR Tools
Add GDPR privacy controls to Gravity Forms so visitors can view, export, or delete their form submissions.
What it does
Many site owners struggle to meet GDPR requirements around data access and deletion. This add-on extends Gravity Forms with tools that let both registered users and anonymous visitors manage their own form submission data.
When someone submits a form, they can later request to view, export, or delete that data — either automatically or by sending a request to the site admin. You can also mark individual form fields for anonymization, so sensitive data is blanked out when a deletion request is processed. Consent tracking is built in as well.
The add-on requires the free GDPR Framework plugin to work. It is aimed at site owners who collect personal data through Gravity Forms and need practical tools to handle data subject requests.

Does this plugin guarantee GDPR compliance?
No. The developer states clearly that using this add-on does not guarantee GDPR compliance. It provides general tools, but full compliance is an ongoing, risk-based process involving your whole business.
Do I need any other plugin for this to work?
Yes. The add-on requires the free GDPR Framework plugin to be installed and activated first.
Can visitors without a WordPress account use the data request features?
Yes. Both logged-in users and visitors without an account can view, export, or delete their submissions, or submit a request for the admin to do so.
How does field anonymization work?
When the plugin is active, each form field gets an Anonymize checkbox in the form editor. Fields you mark will be blanked out when an anonymization request is processed for that entry.
