What it does
When someone fills out your form, you often need to create a calendar event — but doing that manually takes time and leads to mistakes. This add-on sends your form data straight to Google Calendar so events are created without any extra steps.
You map form fields to event details like title, description, date, and attendees. You can use merge tags to personalize each event, set all-day or timed events, and even build dates from relative values like 'Next Monday' or '+3 hours'. Conditional logic lets you hold off on creating an event until a payment clears or an approval is granted. When you edit or delete an entry in Gravity Forms, Google Calendar updates automatically.
It connects to Google via OAuth, so your data goes directly to Google and never passes through Gravity Wiz servers. Built-in retry logic and error notifications handle cases where Google's API is temporarily unavailable.
