Gravity Forms Entry Archive
Archive completed Gravity Forms entries so they stay out of your active list but remain searchable and restorable.
What it does
When a form entry has done its job — a fulfilled order, a past campaign, a compliance record — you may not want to delete it, but you also don't want it cluttering your active entry list. Entry Archive gives those entries a separate home without removing them permanently.
You can archive a single entry with one click from the entry list, or select many at once using the Bulk Actions dropdown. An Archived filter shows a live count of everything you've tucked away, and you can restore any entry just as easily.
This add-on requires no configuration. Install it and you're ready to start archiving. It works well for high-volume forms, time-boxed records, and situations where you need to retain entries for audits or legal requirements.
