GravitySearch
Search and filter Gravity Forms entries across all your forms from one admin screen, with no code required.
What it does
Gravity Forms stores entries separately for each form, so tracking down a specific submission means remembering which form it came from and clicking through to it. GravitySearch adds a single Global Search page in your WordPress admin where you can search every form at once and see which form and field each match came from.
You can build precise filters using a visual AND/OR filter builder on any form field or entry property, preview full submissions in place without losing your spot in the results list, and run bulk actions like marking as read, starring, or trashing. Every search is saved in the page URL, so you can bookmark it or share it with a teammate.
GravitySearch works entirely inside your WordPress admin and requires only Gravity Forms 2.5 or later. If GravityView is active, approval statuses also appear as filter conditions and bulk actions.

Do I need GravityView or any other plugin to use GravitySearch?
No. GravitySearch only requires Gravity Forms 2.5 or later. GravityView is optional but adds approval status filters and bulk approval actions if you have it active.
Can I search across all my forms at once?
Yes. GravitySearch adds a Global Search page under the Forms menu that searches every form simultaneously and shows you which form and field each result came from.
Can I save or share a search with my team?
Yes. Every search and filter is encoded in the page URL, so you can bookmark it or send the link to a teammate and they will land on the same results.
Does GravitySearch work on the front end of my site?
No. It works inside your WordPress admin only. For a visitor-facing search experience you would need a separate display tool like GravityView.
