HighLevel
Connect Gravity Forms to HighLevel to automatically create or update contacts and pipeline opportunities from form submissions.
What it does
Managing leads across WordPress and HighLevel by hand means copying names, emails, and other details between platforms every time someone fills out a form. This add-on removes that step by sending form submissions directly to your HighLevel sub-account.
You create a feed on any Gravity Form, map your form fields to HighLevel contact fields, add tags, and optionally set up a pipeline opportunity. When someone submits the form, the add-on creates or updates the matching HighLevel contact and, if you choose, opens an opportunity in the pipeline stage you picked. Conditional logic and payment-delay options give you control over exactly which submissions get sent.
This add-on is a good fit for sales teams, agencies, and marketers who use HighLevel as their CRM and want form data to flow in automatically without manual work.

Good for
Written from Gravity Forms’s own listing. Version and dates come straight from the source and are checked weekly.
Do I need a HighLevel account to use this add-on?
Yes. You need a HighLevel account with a sub-account, a Location ID, and a Private Integration Token.
Can I control which form submissions get sent to HighLevel?
Yes. You can use conditional logic on each feed so only submissions that meet your criteria are sent.
What happens if someone submits the form twice with the same email?
HighLevel handles duplicate matching based on your sub-account's Allow Duplicate Contact setting. At least an email address or phone number must be mapped for HighLevel to match records.
Can I delay sending data until a payment is completed?
Yes. Forms that collect payments can delay feed processing until payment is received, so HighLevel only gets confirmed transactions.
