Leaflet Maps for Gravity Forms

Let users submit locations via Gravity Forms and display them on free Leaflet Maps anywhere on your site.

by Learning Templates Paid Updated Apr 7, 2026

What it does

If you want visitors to submit location data through a form and see those locations on a map, this add-on connects Gravity Forms with Leaflet Maps to make that happen.

When a user fills out a form, their location is saved as an entry. The add-on then reads those entries and plots them on a Leaflet map that you can embed anywhere on your site. You can show as many maps as you need, each driven by its own form.

It suits site owners who collect location-based data from users and want to display it visually without paying for a mapping service, since Leaflet Maps is free.

  • Display submitted locations on interactive Leaflet maps
