Luminate
Connect Gravity Forms to Blackbaud Luminate CRM to create or update Constituent records, Survey responses, and Group memberships.
What it does
If you use Blackbaud Luminate as your CRM, getting form data into it usually means wrestling with Luminate's own HTML forms. This add-on lets you build forms in Gravity Forms instead and push submissions directly into Luminate.
When someone submits a form, the add-on sends the data to Luminate via its API. You can map form fields to built-in Constituent fields, record Survey responses, or add users to Luminate Groups. Donation forms and advocacy forms are not supported.
To get started you need Gravity Forms 1.9.3 or later, active Luminate API credentials (key, username, and password), and your server's IP address whitelisted in Luminate. Custom Luminate domains are supported.

Good for
Written from Cornershop Creative’s own listing. Version and dates come straight from the source and are checked weekly.
Does this work with other form plugins like Ninja Forms or Contact Form 7?
No, this add-on is built specifically for Gravity Forms and has no effect without it.
What types of Luminate data can I push from Gravity Forms?
You can push data into Constituent records, Survey responses, and Luminate Groups. Donation forms and advocacy forms are not supported.
My survey data isn't arriving in Luminate correctly. What should I check?
Luminate's survey tool is strict about field values. A small mismatch, like a misspelling, can cause Luminate to reject a value. Double-check that your Gravity Forms field values exactly match the valid values defined in your Luminate survey, and enable Gravity Forms logging to see what data is being sent.
My server's IP address changes frequently. Will this add-on still work?
Probably not reliably. Luminate requires you to whitelist the IP address making API requests. If your host (such as Pantheon) frequently changes your public IP, submissions may stop reaching Luminate.
