pCloud for Gravity Forms

Send Gravity Forms file uploads and entry data to a pCloud folder automatically after each submission.

What it does

When someone submits your form, you may want their uploaded files and entry data stored in cloud storage without manual downloading. pCloud for Gravity Forms handles that by pushing everything to a pCloud folder you pick, right after submission.

You connect the add-on using your own pCloud app credentials, choose a destination folder through a built-in folder browser, and set up a feed. Files from File Upload fields go straight to pCloud, and the entry itself can be saved alongside them as a CSV, JSON, or HTML file. You can also build per-entry subfolders using merge tags so files stay organized automatically.

This add-on suits anyone who collects files through Gravity Forms and wants them stored in pCloud without extra steps. Uploads run in the background with automatic retries, and you can resend entries to pCloud individually or in bulk if something goes wrong.

Key features

  • Uploads files from single and multi-file File Upload fields to a pCloud folder you choose
  • Saves each entry as a CSV, JSON, and/or HTML file next to the uploaded files
  • Creates per-entry subfolders using merge tags such as date or entry ID
  • Background uploads with automatic retries and pause-and-resume if the connection is revoked
  • Supports both US and EU pCloud accounts with automatic data center selection
  • Resend to pCloud option for single entries or in bulk, plus failure alert emails
  • Adds a {pcloud:file_paths} merge tag and a 'pCloud upload completed' notification event

Do I need my own pCloud account and app?

Yes, you connect using your own pCloud Client ID and Client Secret, which are stored encrypted on your site.

What entry formats can be saved to pCloud?

The add-on can save each entry as a CSV file, a JSON file, and/or a readable HTML summary alongside any uploaded files.

What happens if an upload fails?

Uploads retry automatically for temporary errors. If the connection is revoked, uploads pause and can be resent after you reconnect. You can also trigger a resend manually for single or multiple entries.

What are the minimum requirements?

You need Gravity Forms 2.5 or later, WordPress 5.8 or later, and PHP 7.4 or later.
