How to set a minimum or maximum requirement for checkboxes in Gravity Forms

  |  by Chris Eggleston

Symptoms

We recently had someone ask if there is a way to require a two selection minimum in a Gravity Forms checkbox field.

Put another way, this user wanted to know how to specify a minimum and maximum limit per checkbox field. As demonstrated in the screenshot below.

How To Fix It

Although this is not a built-in feature of Gravity Forms, there is a certified developer, Gravity Wiz, that has developed a solution that will help you add this functionality to your Gravity Forms checkbox field.

They offer a free solution and paid solution to this problem.
