Disable Entry Creation
Automatically delete Gravity Forms entries and uploaded files after submission, with optional conditional logic to choose which entries to remove.
What it does
Every Gravity Forms submission creates an entry in your database by default. Sometimes you don't need that record — you've already sent the data to a CRM, shown a calculator result, or collected a consent that shouldn't be stored long-term.
Disable Entry Creation lets Gravity Forms process the submission normally, then deletes the entry and any uploaded files right after. You can use conditional logic to target only certain submissions for deletion, keeping the ones you do want.
It's built by Gravity Wiz and is part of their Gravity Perks suite. It also handles User Registration forms correctly, waiting until the user account is created or updated before removing the entry.

- Removes uploaded files along with the entry by default
- Supports conditional logic so you control which entries get deleted
