Notification Review for Gravity Forms

View and search all Gravity Forms notifications in one table, filtered by form status or email.

What it does

When you manage many forms with notifications going to different people, it gets hard to track who receives what. This add-on gives you a single place to review every notification across all your forms.

It adds a Notifications Review page under the Forms menu. There you see a table listing each notification's Send To, From Name, From Email, Reply To, BCC, and Subject fields. You can filter by form status and search by email address or subject line.

It is useful for site owners and admins who need to audit notifications, for example when a staff member leaves and you need to find every form still sending emails to their address.

  • Displays all form notifications in a single table
