Connector for Gravity Forms and MailPoet

Connect Gravity Forms to MailPoet so form submissions automatically add or update newsletter subscribers.

by GravityWP Free Updated Apr 29, 2025

What it does

Managing newsletter sign-ups manually is tedious. This free add-on by GravityWP links your Gravity Forms to MailPoet so that when someone submits a form, they are added to your chosen MailPoet list right away.

You set up a feed inside your form, map form fields to MailPoet subscriber fields, pick which list or lists to subscribe people to, and optionally update existing subscribers. Conditional logic lets you control exactly when a subscription is triggered.

It works with both the free and premium versions of MailPoet, so you don't need a paid MailPoet plan to get started.

Key features

  • Map Gravity Forms fields to MailPoet subscriber fields
  • Automatically subscribe users to one or more MailPoet lists on form submission
  • Optionally update details for existing subscribers
  • Conditional logic support to control when subscriptions are processed
  • Works with both free and premium versions of MailPoet
