Engaging Networks
Connect Gravity Forms to Engaging Networks to create or update supporter records without touching raw HTML.
What it does
Nonprofits using Engaging Networks often have to wrestle with HTML embed code to collect supporter data. This add-on removes that friction by letting you build forms in Gravity Forms and send submissions directly to your EN account.
When someone submits a form, the add-on passes their data to Engaging Networks as a new or updated supporter record. It works both as a standalone integration and within EN Page Builder pages, including custom supporter fields and Opt-Ins.
This add-on is a good fit for advocacy and nonprofit teams already running Gravity Forms who want a cleaner way to feed supporter data into Engaging Networks without manual coding.

Good for
Written from Cornershop Creative’s own listing. Version and dates come straight from the source and are checked weekly.
What do I need before installing this add-on?
You need Gravity Forms 1.9.3 or higher, an active Engaging Networks account, an EN API key, and your server's IP address whitelisted in EN.
What data can the add-on send to Engaging Networks?
It can send basic constituent data and Page Builder form submissions, including custom supporter fields and Opt-Ins.
My forms aren't sending data to EN — what should I check?
First, confirm your API key is authorized for your server's IP address in EN. Second, check that the EN URL in Forms > Settings > Engaging Networks matches the server you log in to (e.g., us.engagingnetworks.app or ca.engagingnetworks.app).
Does this work with other form plugins like Contact Form 7?
No, it only works with Gravity Forms and has no effect without it.
