What it does
If you're switching from Contact Form 7 to Gravity Forms, recreating every form by hand takes time. This add-on scans your WordPress database for CF7 forms and converts them into native Gravity Forms in a few clicks.
It maps common CF7 field types to their Gravity Forms equivalents automatically. It also carries over required field settings, placeholders, default values, CSS classes, file upload restrictions, number ranges, mail notifications, and success confirmations. You can preview the mapped result before you commit to importing.
It's made by Gravity Forms and works with Gravity Forms 2.5 or later. After import, each form behaves like any form you built in Gravity Forms from the start, so you can edit and extend it normally.

Do I need Contact Form 7 still installed?
CF7 does not need to be active, but having it active makes form discovery easier in the admin. The plugin reads CF7 form data directly from your WordPress database.
Which field types get converted?
Text, email, URL, phone, textarea, select (including multi-select), checkbox, radio, file upload, date, number, consent, hidden, and quiz fields are all supported.
What happens to quiz fields if I don't have the Quiz Add-On?
Quiz fields fall back to plain text fields when the Gravity Forms Quiz Add-On is not installed.
Can I check what will be imported before committing?
Yes. Click Preview on any detected form to review the mapped fields, mail settings, warnings, and the original CF7 template before you import.
