Google Docs
Automatically create a Google Doc from each Gravity Forms submission using mapped form fields and conditional logic.
What it does
Many teams use Google Docs to draft and share information, but copying form data into documents by hand is slow and error-prone. This add-on connects Gravity Forms to Google Docs so each submission can generate a document automatically.
You set up a feed inside your form's settings, connect your Google account using OAuth, and map form fields to the document content. You can also add conditional logic so only certain submissions trigger document creation. Once a document is created, merge tags give you the URL and document ID to use in confirmations and notifications.
This is an experimental, alpha-stage add-on made by Gravity Forms. It requires a Google Cloud project with the Google Docs API and Google Drive API enabled, plus an OAuth 2.0 client ID. It suits teams already working in Google Workspace who want to automate document generation from form data.
