Versioning
Track every change to your Gravity Forms forms, compare versions side by side, and restore any previous state with one click.
What it does
Every time you save a form in the WordPress admin, this add-on automatically captures a snapshot of it. Over time you build a full history of changes you can browse, compare, and roll back to whenever something goes wrong.
You can compare any two snapshots side by side to see exactly what changed across fields, settings, confirmations, and notifications. When you need to undo a change, one click restores the earlier version, and the add-on automatically saves a backup of the current state before applying the restore.
The add-on also lets you export a version or the full history as JSON and import it on another site, so you can move form changes between a staging environment and production without copy-pasting.

Good for
Written from Gravity Forms’s own listing. Version and dates come straight from the source and are checked weekly.
Does it capture versions automatically, or do I have to do it manually?
It captures a snapshot automatically every time you save a form in the admin. You can also create manual snapshots with a label and notes whenever you want.
What happens to my current form when I restore an older version?
Before applying the restore, the add-on saves a backup of your current form, so you can undo the rollback if needed.
Can I protect important versions from being deleted?
Yes. You can lock a version, which exempts it from retention cleanup and prevents deletion until you unlock it.
What are the minimum requirements?
You need WordPress 6.0 or higher, PHP 7.4 or higher, and Gravity Forms 2.5 or higher.
