Events Calendar
Add a full events calendar to your site and let visitors register through Gravity Forms, with ticket sales and recurring events.
What it does
Managing events on a WordPress site usually means juggling separate plugins for the calendar, registrations, and payments. This add-on brings all three together inside Gravity Forms, so every registration is stored as a linked entry and ticket sales run through whichever payment add-on you already use.
You create events under Events → Add New, set dates, venues, organizers, and recurrence, then attach any Gravity Forms form for registration. The calendar shows up via a block, a shortcode, or the events archive, and visitors can switch between month, list, and day views. Each recurring date tracks its own capacity separately.
It also works in reverse: a Create Event feed can turn a form submission into a new event, which is useful for community event listings that need review before going live. An importer handles moving existing data over from The Events Calendar plugin.

Good for
Written from Gravity Forms’s own listing. Version and dates come straight from the source and are checked weekly.
Do I need a separate payment plugin to sell tickets?
Yes, you need a Gravity Forms payment add-on installed. Ticket sales run through the product and payment fields already on your form.
Can recurring events have different capacity limits per date?
Each occurrence tracks its own spot count separately, so one date can fill up while others remain open.
Can visitors suggest their own events?
Yes. A Create Event feed on any form can turn a submission into a pending, draft, or published event, and it matches existing venues and organizers by name automatically.
Can I import events from The Events Calendar plugin?
Yes. The add-on includes an importer that copies events, venues, organizers, categories, and recurring series from The Events Calendar, and it can be run more than once safely.
