What it does
When someone submits a form, someone on your team usually has to copy that information into a project management tool by hand. That takes time and leads to missed tasks. This add-on removes that step entirely.
When a form is submitted, the Breeze Add-On creates a card on your chosen Breeze board and list automatically. You can set the card name and description using merge tags from the form data, assign a team member, and add a due date based on days from submission. Conditional logic lets you create cards only when certain conditions are met.
It is included with Gravity Forms Pro, Elite, and Nonprofit licenses, so there is no separate purchase if you already have one of those plans.
