What it does

Knowing which forms convert and where users give up is hard when your analytics tool and your forms don't talk to each other. This add-on bridges that gap by pushing form submission and pagination events directly into your Google Analytics account.

When someone submits a form—whether it's a newsletter signup, a payment, or a survey—the add-on records that as a conversion event in GA. For multi-page forms, it also tracks each page turn, so you can see exactly which step causes people to leave.

It suits anyone already using Google Analytics who wants form performance data alongside the rest of their site metrics, without setting up custom tracking manually.

Key features

  • Sends form submission events to Google Analytics as conversion events

Which license do I need to use this add-on?

You need a Gravity Forms Elite or Nonprofit license. It is included at no extra cost with either of those plans.

Can it track where users abandon a multi-page form?

Yes. The add-on sends a pagination event each time a user moves to the next page, so you can see exactly which step has the highest drop-off.

How does it connect to Google Analytics?

You can choose from three connection types: Google Measurement Protocol (recommended), a direct Google Analytics connection, or Google Tag Manager if you already use GTM.

What kinds of form submissions can I track as conversions?

You can track any form submission—newsletter signups, payment completions, subscriptions, survey responses, and more—all as events in your GA account.
