Dropbox
Connect your Gravity Forms file uploads to Dropbox, or let users attach files directly from their own Dropbox account.
What it does
When someone submits a form with a file upload, you normally have to download those files manually and move them somewhere useful. This add-on sends uploaded files straight to your Dropbox account the moment a form is submitted, so nothing sits unattended on your server.
You can choose a fixed Dropbox folder as the destination, or build dynamic paths based on form data to sort files by project, user, or form type automatically. Conditional logic gives you control over when uploads are sent, so you only store what you actually need.
There is also a Dropbox field you can add to your form so users can pick files from their own Dropbox account instead of hunting through their device. This can reduce friction and lead to more completed submissions.
