Populate Anything
Populate Gravity Forms fields with live data from WordPress, your database, or external services, and filter choices based on other field answers.
What it does
Keeping dropdown lists and field choices up to date by hand is tedious and error-prone. Populate Anything connects your form fields directly to real data sources — posts, users, entries, database tables, Google Sheets, Notion, or any REST API — so the choices always reflect what's actually there.
You can also chain fields together so that picking a value in one field narrows the options in the next. Choose a department and only that department's job openings appear. Choose a state and only its cities show up. Live Merge Tags let you reuse a field's answer anywhere else on the form in real time.
This add-on suits anyone who needs forms that respond to existing data rather than static, hand-typed lists — from membership sites to service selectors to staff directories.

What data sources can I pull from?
You can pull from WordPress posts, users, Gravity Forms entries, and database tables. For external services like Google Sheets, Notion, or any REST API, you use the API Alchemist add-on.
Can one field's choices depend on what was picked in another field?
Yes. You can set up field chaining so that selecting a value in one field filters the available choices in the next field.
What is a Live Merge Tag?
A Live Merge Tag lets you display a field's current answer somewhere else on the form — such as in a label or description — and it updates in real time as the user types.
Is there a refund policy?
Gravity Wiz offers a 30-day refund if the add-on is not right for you.
