What it does
When you pre-fill a form field with data, there is nothing stopping a user from editing or deleting that value. Read Only solves this by locking fields so their values stay visible but cannot be changed.
You apply the read-only setting to standard input fields. It works especially well alongside Populate Anything, which auto-fills fields with existing data — Read Only then keeps those values in place as the user completes the rest of the form.
This add-on suits any situation where you need to display information for reference during a form submission without allowing edits, such as review workflows, hiring pipelines, or quantity-controlled orders.
