What it does

Getting users to genuinely read and accept your terms before submitting a form is tricky. A plain checkbox with a link doesn't guarantee anyone actually reviewed the content. This add-on puts the full terms text directly inside the form alongside the agreement checkbox.

You can require users to scroll all the way to the bottom of the terms before the checkbox becomes clickable. You can also format the terms with HTML and shortcodes, and include the full text in confirmation emails or admin notifications so there's a clear record of what was agreed to.

It's a good fit for booking forms, rental agreements, contract workflows, or any form where you need documented consent before someone proceeds.

Key features

  • Dedicated Terms of Service field with built-in agreement checkbox
  • Scroll-to-end requirement keeps the checkbox disabled until users reach the bottom
  • Format terms using HTML and shortcodes for headings, lists, and more
  • Include full terms text in confirmations and notifications alongside the checkbox value
  • Works with conditional logic to reveal fields or the submit button after agreement
