What it does

Managing user registration manually is time-consuming. This add-on lets your Gravity Forms handle the whole process — collecting details, taking payment, and creating a WordPress account — all in one form submission.

You add a Username and Email field to any form, map them to WordPress user fields, and the add-on creates the account automatically on submission. You can also connect Stripe, PayPal, or Square to charge for access before the account is created.

It works well for membership sites, online courses, community forums, and client portals where you need to get people signed up and logged in quickly.

How does account creation work?

When a form is submitted, the add-on reads the Username and Email fields and creates a WordPress user account automatically. No manual steps needed.

Can I require payment before the account is created?

Yes. When connected to Stripe, PayPal, or Square, the account is only created after successful payment confirmation.

Can I control what role new users get?

Yes, you can assign any WordPress user role — such as Subscriber or Contributor — or a custom role during registration.

Does this add-on restrict content or manage roles and capabilities?

No. It creates accounts and assigns roles, but does not restrict content or manage capabilities. The listing recommends the Members plugin if you need that functionality.
