Scheduled Entry Exports for Gravity Forms

Automatically export Gravity Forms entries to CSV and email them to recipients on a set schedule.

by CrossPeak Paid Updated Jun 1, 2026

What it does

Pulling form entries manually takes time, and sharing dashboard access with staff or clients creates security risks. This add-on removes both problems by automating the whole process.

You choose a form, set a delivery interval (hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly), and add the email addresses that should receive the file. The add-on then exports entries to a CSV and sends it to those inboxes on repeat, without any manual steps.

It works well for teams or clients who need regular access to form data but don't need a WordPress login to get it.

  • Sends the CSV to one or more email addresses on a schedule
  • Supports hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly delivery intervals
