What it does

Gravity Forms List fields let users enter multiple rows of data, but by default there's no connection between how many rows appear and what a user has already typed elsewhere in the form. Auto List Field bridges that gap by linking a List field's row count to a Number, Quantity, Single Product, or Calculated Product field.

When a user enters a number in one of those fields, Auto List Field adds or removes rows in the List field to match. It also works in reverse: as a user adds rows manually, the row count can feed into any field that supports calculations. Either way, you collect exactly the data you need without asking users to do extra work.

This add-on is made by Gravity Wiz, a certified Gravity Forms developer. It comes with automatic updates and support through their dashboard.

Key features

  • Sync List field rows to a Number, Quantity, Single Product, or Calculated Product field value
  • Automatically add or remove rows as the linked field value changes
  • Count List field rows and output that count into another field
  • Use the row count value inside Gravity Forms calculations
  • Works in both directions: field value drives rows, or rows drive a field value
  • Automatic updates delivered to your WordPress dashboard
