Telegram
Send Gravity Forms submissions as messages to a Telegram group, channel, or person via a bot.
What it does
When someone submits your form, this add-on forwards the entry to a Telegram chat through a bot you control. You write the message using merge tags so it includes the actual values from the submission.
Setup involves creating a bot in Telegram, adding it to your chat, then entering the bot token in WordPress under Forms → Settings → Telegram. From there you detect available chats, set a default, and send a test message to confirm everything works. Each form feed can target the default chat or a different one.
You can format messages as plain text, HTML, or Markdown, and attach uploaded files from the form—images go as photos, other files as documents. Conditional logic lets you send only submissions that match certain criteria.

Good for
Written from Gravity Forms’s own listing. Version and dates come straight from the source and are checked weekly.
Do I need to create a Telegram bot myself?
Yes. You create a bot using @BotFather in Telegram, copy the HTTP API token, and enter it in WordPress under Forms → Settings → Telegram.
Can each feed send to a different Telegram chat?
Yes. You set a default chat in the global settings, and each feed can either use that default or target a different chat by detecting or entering a chat ID.
Are uploaded files from the form sent to Telegram?
Yes. You choose which File Upload fields to include per feed. Images are sent as photos and other files as documents, separate from the message text.
What happens if Telegram rejects a message?
The error is recorded as a note on the entry in Gravity Forms so you can see what went wrong.
