Monday.com
Send Gravity Forms submissions directly to monday.com boards as new or updated items, without a third-party automation service.
What it does
When someone fills out your form, you probably don't want to copy that data into monday.com by hand. This add-on creates a board item automatically the moment a form is submitted, mapping your form fields to the columns your team already uses.
You set up a feed on any Gravity Form, pick the destination board and optional group, then map field values to supported column types including text, date, status, dropdown, checkbox, and people. If a matching item already exists, the add-on can update it instead of creating a duplicate. Conditional logic lets you control exactly which submissions trigger the feed.
This is a good fit for teams that manage projects, requests, or tasks in monday.com and want form data to flow there automatically. The add-on connects directly to the monday.com GraphQL API using a personal API token, so no extra automation platform is needed.

Do I need a third-party automation tool like Zapier to connect Gravity Forms to monday.com?
No. The add-on connects directly to the monday.com GraphQL API using a personal API token, so no separate automation service is required.
Can the add-on update an existing monday.com item instead of creating a new one?
Yes. You can enable update matching and choose to match by item name or by the value of a mapped board column.
Does the add-on support file upload fields?
No. File columns are not currently supported and are excluded from feed mapping.
What are the minimum requirements to use this add-on?
You need WordPress 6.5+, PHP 7.4+, Gravity Forms 2.9.24+, and a monday.com account with a personal API token.
