What it does

When you sell products or tickets through Gravity Forms, nothing stops someone from ordering more than you have available. GF Inventory fixes that by letting you set a stock limit directly on a Product field or on individual choices within a Drop Down, Radio Button, Checkbox, or Multi Select field.

Once the available quantity runs out, the field or form can be hidden automatically. You can also share one inventory pool across multiple fields or forms, or scope inventory by grouping fields together — for example, pairing a Date field with a Product field so each date has its own separate limit.

It suits anyone running product order forms, event ticketing, appointment signups, team roster registrations, or clothing variation orders inside Gravity Forms.

Key features

  • Set inventory limits on any Product field type or choice-based field
  • Limit individual choices (e.g., per shirt size or ticket tier)
  • Share one inventory pool across multiple fields and forms
  • Scope inventory by grouping fields, such as Date + Product for daily capacity
  • Hide the form or field automatically when inventory is exhausted
  • Track all inventory from a built-in inventory dashboard
  • Developer filters and open codebase for custom integrations
