Basecamp
Connect Gravity Forms to Basecamp to automatically create to-dos, message board posts, or card table cards from form submissions.
What it does
When someone submits a form, your team still has to manually copy that information into your project management tool. This add-on removes that step by sending Gravity Forms entries directly to Basecamp as actionable work items.
You set up a feed on any form and choose whether each submission should create a to-do, publish a message board post, or add a card to a card table column. You map form fields to titles, descriptions, dates, and assignees using merge tags, and use conditional logic to control which submissions trigger which actions. Multiple feeds let you route different entries to different projects.
This add-on suits teams that receive requests, inquiries, or intake information through WordPress forms and want that data to appear in Basecamp without manual re-entry. It also supports delayed processing until payment is received and optional Gravity Flow integration for workflow-based triggering.

Good for
Written from Gravity Forms’s own listing. Version and dates come straight from the source and are checked weekly.
Does form data pass through Gravity Forms servers on its way to Basecamp?
No. The listing states that Basecamp data does not pass through Gravity Forms.
Can I create more than one feed on the same form?
Yes. You can create multiple feeds, each targeting a different project, action type, or set of conditional logic rules.
Does this work with Gravity Flow?
Yes. When Gravity Flow is installed, you can process Basecamp feeds at a specific workflow step instead of immediately on submission.
What Basecamp actions can a feed perform?
A feed can create a to-do, publish a message board post, or add a card to a card table column.
