Mailjet

Connect Gravity Forms to Mailjet so form submissions automatically add or update contacts on your Mailjet mailing lists.

by Gravity Forms Paid Official Updated Sep 25, 2026

What it does

Collecting email subscribers through a form usually means manually exporting entries and importing them into your email platform. This add-on removes that step by sending each qualifying form submission directly to Mailjet.

When someone submits a form, the add-on validates their email address, creates or updates their Mailjet contact, and subscribes them to the list you choose. You can map form fields to Mailjet contact fields like email and name, and use conditional logic to control exactly which submissions get sent.

It also supports delayed processing for payment forms, so contacts are only added to Mailjet after a payment is confirmed.

Key features

  • Automatically subscribes form submitters to a chosen Mailjet list
  • Maps Gravity Forms fields to Mailjet contact fields (email, name)
  • Conditional logic controls which submissions trigger the feed
  • Supports multiple feeds per form for routing to different lists
  • Delays contact subscription until payment is confirmed on payment forms
  • Validates your Mailjet API credentials before allowing feed creation
  • Records notes and log entries for each processed submission

What credentials do I need to connect Mailjet?

You need a Mailjet API Key and API Secret, which you can find in your Mailjet account's API credential settings.

Can I control which submissions get sent to Mailjet?

Yes. You can enable conditional logic on each feed so only submissions that meet your chosen conditions are sent.

What happens if a contact already exists in Mailjet?

The add-on retrieves the existing contact rather than creating a duplicate, then subscribes them to the selected list.

Does it work with double opt-in Mailjet lists?

Yes. If the selected list uses double opt-in, the add-on notes in the entry that a confirmation email has been sent to the subscriber.
