Brevo
Connect Gravity Forms to Brevo so form submissions automatically add contacts to your email lists and CRM.
What it does
Managing email subscribers manually is slow and error-prone. This add-on sends form submission data straight from WordPress to Brevo, so new contacts land in your lists the moment someone submits a form.
You choose which Brevo list each submission goes to, map form fields to Brevo contact attributes, and use conditional logic to filter out submissions that don't qualify. Double opt-in is supported, so Brevo sends a confirmation email before adding anyone to your list.
It works with any form on your site — contact forms, registration forms, or checkout forms — and is included with every Gravity Forms license tier.

Can I control which Brevo list a contact is added to?
Yes, you choose a specific Brevo list for each feed, and you can route contacts to different lists based on their form answers.
Does it support double opt-in?
