Gravity Forms Advanced Conditional Logic
Add complex multi-group conditional logic to Gravity Forms fields, pages, notifications, and feeds without writing code.
What it does
Gravity Forms has built-in conditional logic, but it only handles simple show/hide rules. Advanced Conditional Logic from Gravity Wiz turns that system into a full rules engine, letting you stack multiple rule groups, mix Any/All logic between them, and control nearly every part of a form.
You can compare live field values against other live fields using merge tags, reference the current date and time, check user roles and login status, and even run conditions against calculated values. Four extra operators—does not contain, is in, is similar to, and is not similar to—cut down on the number of rules you need to build.
It works wherever Gravity Forms already supports conditional logic: fields, submit buttons, confirmations, notifications, add-on feeds, Page fields, and Next buttons. Your existing conditional rules are automatically converted into the first rule group, so you don't have to rebuild forms from scratch.

Written from Gravity Wiz’s own listing. Version and dates come straight from the source and are checked weekly.
Will my existing conditional logic break when I install this?
No. Your current rules are automatically converted into the first rule group, so existing forms keep working and you can build on top of them.
Does it work with Gravity Forms add-on feeds like payment or CRM integrations?
Yes. Advanced Conditional Logic works anywhere Gravity Forms supports conditional logic, including add-on feeds.
Can I write conditions based on calculated totals or quiz scores?
Yes, when paired with Advanced Calculations you can run conditions against calculated values, scores, and formulas.
What date and time options are available for conditions?
You can reference date/time fields, static dates, relative dates, the current date/time, and specific days of the week.
