Notification Scheduler
Schedule Gravity Forms notifications to send after a delay, on a specific date, or based on a date field the user submitted.
What it does
By default, Gravity Forms sends notifications immediately after a form event. If you want to follow up with a lead three days later, remind someone of an upcoming appointment, or send a birthday email on the right day, you need a way to delay or time those messages — that's what this add-on handles.
Notification Scheduler lets you attach a schedule to any existing Gravity Forms notification. You pick when it fires: a set delay after submission, a fixed calendar date, or relative to a Date field in the form (for example, two days before an event date). You can also set notifications to repeat on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly cycle.
It works with any notification event Gravity Forms supports, including events from third-party add-ons. Conditional logic and file attachments you've already set up on a notification continue to work as expected.

- Conditional logic and attachments on existing notifications remain fully compatible
Good for
Written from Gravity Wiz’s own listing. Version and dates come straight from the source and are checked weekly.
Can I send a notification more than once?
Yes. You can set a notification to repeat on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly schedule, either indefinitely or ending after a defined period.
Does it work with notifications from other add-ons?
Yes. It supports any notification event Gravity Forms recognizes, including events generated by third-party add-ons.
Can I still use conditional logic with scheduled notifications?
Yes. Conditional logic and attachments you've configured on a notification continue to work when that notification is scheduled.
Can I schedule a notification for a specific calendar date?
Yes. You can set a static date and time for delivery, which is useful for sale announcements or one-time event reminders.
