Entry Revisions
Track every change to your Gravity Forms entries and forms, compare versions side-by-side, and restore any previous version in one click.
What it does
When team members edit Gravity Forms entries, there is no built-in way to see what changed, who changed it, or go back to an earlier version. GravityRevisions adds a full version history so you always have a record of every edit.
You get a log of who made each change and when, a side-by-side comparison of any two versions, and a one-click restore to any past state. You can also set up email notifications so you hear about entry edits as they happen.
It suits agencies, nonprofits, and any site where multiple people update form entries and accountability matters. A GravityView integration lets you display revision history on the front end, and developer hooks are available for custom audit or approval workflows.
